When you come to our online Information Evenings, you're supporting our small business. You'll never pay more by attending one of our events (in fact, many of our clients offer special discounts that are only available through our events).

We also never receive a commission based on treatments that patients go ahead with. We're essentially an online event management company. We get paid a flat-rate Event Management Fee by the clinics we work with.

More importantly...

When you come to our events, you're getting clear information. You're getting transparency on the different dental implant options available when you need to replace all your teeth. You're getting a detailed explanation of pricing, including how the different options compare.

Our hope is that every attendee leaves our events feeling more informed and empowered in their journey, no matter which dentist they ultimately decide to see for their treatment.

30 people showed up to the first online event. We'd 'duct taped' it together in many ways. But the feedback was unlike anything we'd ever seen from patients.

These were patients who had spent years, even decades, avoiding the dentist. And they were thanking us for taking the time to run the event and answer their questions.

We started running online Teeth Replacement Information Evenings all around Australia. And in 2023 we went all-in, specialising exclusively in hosting these events.

Most people are shocked to learn our business only does this one thing. But we decided the events needed our full focus if we were going to give patients the quality of experience we'd always dreamed of.

That's what we get to do every day now. And we're grateful to be able to help you on your teeth replacement journey.

With our brand new clients on board in January of 2020, we rapidly launched new marketing campaigns that weren't full of fake pressure.

Then lockdowns hit. Dentists couldn't consult with patients unless it was an emergency. Everything we'd built was basically useless overnight.

We started working around the clock, trying to figure out what we could create to help our clients' businesses survive lockdowns (so we could survive them too!).

We ran oral health challenges to educate and engage existing patients. We sent educational emails to help patients take care of their oral health. And we also helped one of our clients take his in-person Information Evening online.

Back in 2017, we were subcontracted to a dental marketing agency. We loved the work in many ways. But we felt like there had to be a better way.

"Industry standard" meant playing games with fake deadlines and pushy, even passive aggressive follow-ups. It often left patients feeling harassed.

We wanted to do things differently.

We didn't know what that would look like. But we believed it could be done.

So in 2019, we started our own dental marketing agency. We burnt through $30,000 of our life savings trying to get the business off the ground. Our third baby was born the day before two sales meetings that ultimately turned into our first two clients!

Angel joined the team in January 2024 and helps us provide a great experience during the events.

Angel worked as a high school English teacher before moving into working as a virtual assistant.

During our online Information Evenings, Angel provides incredible support in the chat to help event attendees have a good experience and get their questions answered.

Elizabeth Mills

Lizzie

Lizzie drives the creative strategy at New Teeth Network and creates content and training with one goal in mind: be as useful as possible.

Lizzie's passionate about helping patients get new teeth. And doing it without manipulation or pressure.

She is a homeschooling mum with 5 kids (ages 0-12).

Lizzie loves being a mum. She's brilliant at building systems to help her juggle being business owners, homeschoolers, and parents of young children.

She was a Finalist Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the 2024 Australian Women's Small Business Champion Awards.

Stephen Mills

Steve

Steve joins every event live as the Event Host, helping introduce the event and organise the live Q&A time.

Steve studied Marketing at RMIT and went on to create a popular video marketing YouTube channel with over 1.8 million views, before specialising in dental marketing.

He's been passionate about helping others since an early age, being awarded the Australia Day Young Citizen of the Year Award in 2010 in the Macedon Ranges Shire Council Awards.

Steve loves spending time with his 5 kids and serving his local community.
