At New Teeth Network, we help you connect with experienced dental implant surgeons through our live online information evenings. Our online information evenings provide helpful information about all your options so you can make informed decisions about dental implants. All of the surgeons that are guest speakers at our events are also known for providing positive and empowering patient care.

By using our website and/or registering for one of our events, you acknowledge and agree that:

We are a marketing service provider specialising in promoting dental implant services offered by independent dental practices. Our role is solely to market these services and attract potential patients to informational events where they can learn more about dental implants. We do not provide dental services ourselves, and we are not affiliated with the dental practices we work with beyond our marketing services. Our role is to facilitate connections between potential patients and dental practices offering dental implant treatments.

New Teeth Network does not provide medical or dental advice. Information provided through our Services, including marketing materials and event content, is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as medical or dental advice. It is imperative that you seek advice from qualified medical or dental professionals regarding your individual health circumstances and treatment options.

3. Acknowledgement of Risks

Dental implant procedures are invasive and carry inherent risks, including but not limited to pain, trauma, infection, and potential complications. By engaging with our Services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and understand that any decision to undergo dental implant treatment is made voluntarily and at your own risk.

5. Own Risk

You acknowledge and agree that you are receiving the Services (including the provision of any marketing material) at your own risk and any decision you make, and the consequences that flow from such decisions, are your sole responsibility. You must ensure that you review any content that we provide to you and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that it will not conflict with any existing medical conditions that you have, and that you are an appropriate candidate for dental treatment.

6. No Guarantees

New Teeth Network does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from engaging with our Services, including the successful provision of dental implant treatments. Results may vary based on individual factors, and we cannot guarantee the efficacy or success of any dental treatment obtained through our Services.

7. No Guarantee of Suitability or Eligibility

Attendance at our informational events does not guarantee that attendees will be suitable candidates for dental implant treatment or that they will be eligible for treatment. Eligibility for dental implant treatment is determined by the dental practices providing the services, based on individual patient assessments.

8. No Pre-Existing Conditions

If you meet with a dentist that we’ve introduced you to, you must disclose any medical conditions which might have the effect of making it more likely that you will suffer any kind of sickness or medical event from the Services. While we do not knowingly procure sensitive or personal health information, will handle all sensitive information you provide to us with care and in accordance with the Australia Privacy Principles.

9. No Commission On Treatments

New Teeth Network does not receive any commission or financial incentives based on the conversion of event attendees into patients of the dental practices we work with. Our fees are solely for the provision of marketing services and are paid a referral fee by the dental practices as part of their marketing budget, at no cost to you.

10. No Liability for Outcomes

We do not assume any responsibility or liability for any outcomes resulting from dental implant treatment received by attendees of our events. Any disputes or issues arising from dental treatment are solely between the patient and the dental practice providing the treatment.

11. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

You release and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless New Teeth Network and its directors, employees, contractors and volunteers from any and all claims or liabilities arising from or in connection with your participation in a Service or any dental implant treatment that you subsequently receive. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that the maximum liability of New Teeth Network to you for all claims in aggregate (whether those claims be for breach of contract, negligence, tort or otherwise) arising under or in connection with this waiver:

(a) is totally excluded, insofar as it concerns liability for indirect, special and consequential damages, and damages (whether direct or indirect) (except to the extent this liability cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)); and
(b) is limited, insofar as it concerns other liability, to the amount NewTeeth.Net is paid in connection with your use of the Services.

Nothing in this agreement is intended to limit the operation of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

12. Contract

This waiver forms a binding contractual agreement between you and New Teeth Network and is entered into in consideration for you being permitted to receive a Service. This waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of Victoria and the provisions of this waiver are severable so that if any provision is held to be invalid the remainder shall remain in full force. This waiver is to be interpreted by the laws of Victoria, Australia. This waiver will apply to all Services booked by you both past and future.

NewTeeth.Net is not liable for any decisions made by individuals based on the information provided through our Services.
